Finance and priority when or how education is free (exept books etc) Grants, 2700 skr/month student loan 6000 Priority (depends of ”who is paying” )-1 st priority lack of exam upper secondary or old exam.-Can also be young people (25) 2 nd priority eligible for higher studies 3 rd priority get a profession/job 23 oktober 2014
