Challenges • Frequent breakdown of machines, No spare parts, no systematic scheme for repairs • Negative perceptions by NGO’s (perceived as a threat to existing social marketing programmes) • Negative attitude by certain authorities eg. BOI, CMC • Sustainability (replacement of CVMs)
