  4. Secrets to a Positive Attitude • Know yourself • Positive self talk • Surround yourself with good energy • Have an attitude of gratitude • How do you start your day? Manage the messages you feed your mind • Understand you have a choice of how you think.

  18. Yes, it works for High School too! Small group interaction is still critical….even for high school. Consider these verbs from HIGH SCHOOL process standards. The student is expected to: Discuss Explain Interpret ETC….
