  3. 3rd W of the initiative: WHAT • What aim: enhancing citizens’ ownership and usage of their rights as European citizens by promoting and increasing knowledge on four EU level participation tools: • European elections, • petitioning to the European Parliament, • complaining to the European Ombudsman • the European Citizens Initiative. • What objectives: • increasing know-how on the usage and usability of four EU level participation tools • capacitating 30 CSOs from Romania and Hungary in using EU level participation tools • promoting grassroots participation in EU policies

  4. the (h) of the initiative: HOW • How we address the objectives: • Mapping the usage of 4 EU participation tools • Launching the research report • Go to vote campaigns for EU elections in Hungary and Romania • International Conference in Romania • Citizen Participation Universityin Hungary • Training and coaching CSOs in Romania and Hungary • Online ECI Campaign • Citizens Assemblies • Study visit (Brussels, Belgium)
