  1. MEDICINAL POWERS OF FLOWER AND THEIR USES:

  2. For many years. many medical practitioners are searching for particular flowers that have medicinal properties. Because one of the greatest advantages of flowers or plants is they have natural medicinal properties without any usual side effects that are seen in modern pills and medications. Besides, medicines made from flowers can be cheaper than that of modern chemicals and drugs. We can gift flower bouquets to someone we love and make them feel good and speedy recovery.

  3. List of flowers that contain medicinal properties and their uses: • Angelica Herb: It is a flower which is used as a decorative item which we can mostly see on top of cakes. This flower not just only have a nice fragrance but they are used to make remedies for Digestive problems, cold and cough. It can be also used to make a syrup that can be given for children and old people for strength.

  4. Begonia: This flower is used in many ways. A liquid is made by soaking these flower sepals in hot water and used as remedies for headaches and body toxins. We can mash the flower and its leaves to make a paste and use directly to the skin which helps to relieve from pain and heal burns.

  5. Rose: Rose is not a flower which we used as a gift for valentine's day to convey our love and affection and also it has many medicinal properties. They are used to treat digestive problems. Rose petals are used to enhance the flavor and taste of desserts that help in relieving depression. Rosewater can be used to relieve from eye irritation and rose tea can be used as a cure for constipation too.

  6. Sunflower: Sunflowers are not just yellow and bright flowers that are used as decorating purpose. Sunflower seeds are very propitious for health, hair, and skin. These flower seeds are used to make refined oil which we use for cooking. Tea made from this flower is used to treat abdominal cramps and ulcers.

  7. Lilac flowers: Lilac flowers can be utilized to lower illness and we can remove parasites. We can make juice or paste from lilac flowers and used them for treating wounds and fire burns.

  8. Jasmine: Jasmine flowers are used to make perfumes because they have high properties of fragrance that helps to calm and ease the pain. Petals of jasmine can be used to heal the bruises and cuts. Tea made from jasmine petals can be used to decrease inflammation and can reduce menstrual pain. It can be used to treat insomnia and anxiety issues.
