Married/Single/Dating – Single but living with my girlfriend of 3 years.  Renting in North County. Children? (How many) – 2 kids…23 and 25.  My son is in LA working for Fox's Fuel Channel and my daughter is in Brooklyn. Home- Own/Rent –  WHAT DO YOU LIKE? Top 5 restaurants Top 5 fast food spots –  5 Guys, In and Out, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box Type of vehicle you drive: Are you interested in a new vehicle? – If so, what makes and models are your favorite? I'm very flexible. I've endorsed everything from BMW to Cadillac to Toyota.  Always prefer convertibles but, again, I'm flexible.  Hybrids…I'm very interested. Are you interested in discussing possibly trading a portion of your endorsement for the use of a new vehicle?  I am, depending on the tax consequences. How many vehicles at your household (types)  3.  I drive a Chrysler Sebring Conv, my girlfriend has a Pontiac Solstice convertible and a PT Cruiser as her "train station car". Favorite Grocery Store- Fresh n Easy, Ralph's, Whole Foods, Trader Joes Do you need Lasik  No Does someone in your family need Lasik – No WHAT DO YOU CONSUME? Drinks (alcoholic and non): Sparkling water, smoothies, Grey Goose, Jameson, Crown Royal, Bombay Sapphire and Patron.  But I'm an equal opportunity drinker! Snacks – almonds, pistachios, peanuts Health Foods – lemon juice, wheat grass, kale, carrots.  We have a juicer!  Whole grains, veggie sausage Supplements- Super Greens, Chia seed, MSM WHAT DO YOU WANT ? If you could send your personal shoppers (our sales team) out on the street what would you have them buy?  Clothing from Express, Ben Sherman, Thomas Pink and similar.  Street bicycle.  King size bed and bedroom furniture.  Kitchen table.  Desk. Large Purchases you’d like to make in the next 6 months  55+" flat panel, hybrid vehicle, gym memberships (and see "personal shoppers", above!) WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT? Charities – (see attachment of past charities) Organizations – WHAT SHOULD WE STAY AWAY FROM? Please tell us what you would like us to stay away from, things you hear on the air that wouldn’t make sense for you or your show.  Legit pharmaceuticals are ok, but dislike stuff not endorsed by the FDA (unless they sell it in CVS or similar) SOMETHING WE DIDN’T KNOW Tell us something that we don’t know about you that you’d like our clients to know. Skiier, wind surfer, ex-restauranteur, traveler, enjoy casinos.  I've endorsed many types of car brands, solar, pharma, and tons of television shows.
