  7. Strategy to reach the Target • Skill • Training • Development of Applications such as self learning apps in regional language .

  8. Strategy to reach the Target • Financial Crisis • Financial assistance from Govt. • Financial assistance from NGO’s • Donations

  9. Target • School/ College Level = 32 Hrs per Week [1 hr per week x no. of students] • LA Level • District Level Depends on the volunteers • State Level
