Journal description… Sustainability plan • As there is strong University support, the journal will not face financial problem • The main challenge will be manuscript flow and peer review • Strengthening administrative staff • Continuous Staff training • Increased postgraduate training • Increase visibility- Indexing • Manuscript management software AJPP

Journal description… • 2009 Accomplishment • All the three issues appeared timely • Policy revision made • Organization • staffing • Secured three rooms office • Introduction of intern editors • Experience share visit is made to EMJ and EJHD • Two members got training in Accra, Ghana • One staff trained in Kampala, Uganda • Conducted two in-house trainings AJPP
