  2. Background Information on the New York Rangers The New York Rangers colors are blue, red, and white. Their home stadium is MSG in New York City. They have no mascot and the team was one of the original 6 teams in the NHL so they have been around for a long time. Last season they Rangers went 44-33 and lost to the Washington Capitals in the playoffs.
