Your ePortfolio: Editing & Publishing Your Work
When you’re ready to begin adding and editingcontent in your ePortfolio, clickto the section and page you want to edit, then click the Edit tab to start editing the central text module. If you’re pasting text from Word, use the Paste from Word button to reduce formatting conflicts.
To upload or embed media (including pictures, audio clips, and videos), use the Insert Media toolbar button, and follow the prompts either to upload the media file (20 MB max) or to embed web-based content (e.g. YouTube, Prezi, SoundCloud, etc.).
To upload a document, first highlight the target text, then click the Insert File button on your text editor toolbar. A small dialogue box will pop up to prompt you for a file. Click the Browse for file button, then find your document and click Open. Once the document has loaded, click the Insertbutton.
When you click Save, you’ll see a red banner indicating that you’ve saved a draft of your work – it’s not yet visible to others! Click Publish to make your saved work visible. You can save and publish as often as you like.
