FM HS Modules • 8 Test Runs (32 modules) • MPE Test Equipment Improvements • 10 filter capacitors at the connector distribution panel inside the cryostat • Sense lines for the VDDA, VSS, GRD, VDDr and Zero_bias supply lines • Optics include only a black body, 1 mirror but no attenuation filters • Stability of BB temperature is < 1 mK • Standard Measurements • Warm functional test at RT checks the supply currents • Cold functional test at 4 K and the output frames • Cold performance test (1.85 K) • Dark current • Noise Equivalent Power (NEP) • Responsivity MPE - Ge:Ga Detector Array
Cold Performance Test Dark current • Background of 4.2 K corresponds to a flux < exp(-18) W/pixel MPE - Ge:Ga Detector Array
