  3. Mohandas Gandhi • Due to Mohandas Gandhi India gained its freedom back • He was not famous when he was alive, but when he died he became famous and everyone loved him

  4. Mohandas Gandhi • At the age of 78, he began a fast with the purpose of stopping the bloodshed • Godse who opposed his program of tolerance for all creeds and religion assassinated him
