Start a New Photo Album • Insert Picture New Photo Album • Choose pictures
Rotate, if Necessary Choose Design Template Put the Photos in Order Choose Picture Layout Choose Frame Shape Click Create Button Add Captions Add Text Boxes Format the Photos
Edit the Slides • Add text to title slide • Change captions, if necessary • Add titles, if necessary • Change slide background, if desired • Change text color, if desired
Compress the Photos • Picture Toolbar • Compress Pictures Button • Resolution = Web/Screen
Add Transitions & Timings • Slide Show Slide Transition • Advance Slide: Automatically after … • Preview slide show
Set Up Continuous Looping • Optional step • Slide Show Set Up Show… • Preview slide show
Package for CD • Option One • Home Computer • Office Computer • Bond 251 lab • Bond 258 lab • Option Two • Computers that have CD burning issues • All other Bond Hall computer labs (Have not tested labs in other buildings, as of 8-4-05)
Name the CD • Click Copy to CD button Option One • File Package for CD • The CD will start to burn
Name the CD • Click Copy to Folder… button Option Two • File Package for CD • Use CD burning software to create CD
Test the CD!! (On more than one computer!!)
