(St Columbans Catholic College) • Pathways & Transition Opportunities • Certificate IV in Career Education •  In 2012, all staff delivering content in school career programs require Cert IV in Career Education •  Staff have difficulty gaining release to qualify • RTO will consider Block training for School staff or the provision of an online model. • Outcome: • SPN group meeting to be held in April will address the possibility of tackling this during 2011
