Why should it be avoided? • Besides knowledge of the story • It does not angry or provide argument • Does not help prove claim • Extra fluff that could distract the reader
How to decide what to cut out? Does it give more information than needed to understand the point Info To Keep • Adds support to your point • When choosing what’s in your plot summary be selective and be as short as possible
