  5. How do we avoid temptation and do ‘the right thing’? • Wisdom alone is not enough. • Heritage is not enough. • God’s promises are not enough (if we aren’t willing to keep them) • Seeking counsel is not enough. • Power and authority are not enough.

  6. Life Happens. How do you deal with life’s circumstances? • “And if you will listen to all that I command you, and will walk in all my ways and do what is right in my eyes by keeping my statutes and commandments… I will be with you.” (1 Kings 11:38)
