Matthew 24:45-51 Mateo • “A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom the master can give the responsibility of managing his other household servants and feeding them. If the master returns and finds that the servant has done a good job, there will be a reward. I tell you the truth, the master will put that servant in charge of all he owns.

  6. Stewardship: • Is responsibility - taking care of someone or something on behalf of the owner. • God owns it all, not me • Everything is a gift from God • Its for our use/ enjoyment

  9. After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settling on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.” Matthew 3:16-17

CHAIR 1 • Rooted in the spirit of SONSHIP… • It’s a place of TOTAL ACCEPTANCE and REST. • Its NOT about PERFORMANCE but all ABOUT HIS PRESENCE. • The Holy Spirit Comes like a dove and DWELLS IN YOU. • You hear the Father's voice as a son or a daughter of GOD. • It’s a Place of trust • You know your BELONG - so you can believe God's PROMISES • You aren't trying to Get from Earth to Heaven BUT rather you are FOCUSED on bringing Heaven to EARTH! • You can LIVE as an OVERFLOWING Spring a RIVER of Righteousness peace and JOY in the Holy Spirit. • You carry around and RELEASE the ATMOSPHERE of HEAVEN • It’s the place of INTIMACY

CHAIR 2 • The work NOT from God but FOR GOD • Performance based instead of PRESENCE based • You are Drawing your IDENTITY and VALUE Form what YOU DO rather than WHO you ARE in CHRIST • You experience the Holy Spirit's VISITATION But not his HABITATION. • Doing ministry from that perspective - NOT motivated by Love but by fear or other things such as self interest… • Many serve not because of their significance as sons and daughters in the kingdom but they serve to BECOME someone significant. • Basically we are functioning as SPIRITUAL ORPHANS… • perspective is always Thinking about SELF • An orphan spirit looks out for self… and says I didn't get what I need - Where is it?

  13. CHAIR 3 – The LOST • Everyone looking for love security value significance and purpose. • They try and find it in RELIGION, money, accomplishments… • The biggest God in the world right now regardless of religion is MONEY. • Whatever people serve = that’s what they worship.

  14. Attributes of Our Father • The Father was looking not away from sin, but towards his son • He saw his son with eyes of love and compassion • The Father was running towards his son. He was willing to take dishonour on behalf of his son so that his son may be honoured in return • The father embraced the son

  15. Because of my ROBE of righteousness • I am Forgiven - Jesus was punished. I am totally forgiven. (Isa. 53:6, Rom. 5:11) • I am Righteous - Jesus was made sin with my sinfulness. I am made righteous with His righteousness. (2 Cor. 25:21) • I am alive In Christ Jesus - Jesus died my death that I might receive His life. (John 10:10, Rom. 6:23) •  I am accepted by my Father - Jesus endured my rejection so that I might have His acceptance. (Eph. 1:5- 6) •  I Am Blessed Today - Jesus was made a curse that I might enter into his blessing. (Gal. 3:13 - 14, Deut. 21:23)

Because of my RING of authority • I have been adopted as a beloved son/daughter of God (Gal. 4: 3 -5, Rom. 8:15 - 19 ) • I have access to the family resources (Luk. 15:31, Rom. 5:5) • I have authority to represent my Father (Matt. 28:18-20) • I have all the privileges and rights of the family (Rom.8:15-17) • I have an assignment to establish heaven on earth (Matt. 6:9 -13, 2 Cor. 5:20)
