  4. Where the Problems Were • GAMES and TRAINING • MANAGEMENT AGREEING • MANAGEMENT ABIDING WITH CO-ORDINATORS DECISION • RE-ASSURING MANAGEMENT that you had made the RIGHT DECISION for PLAYER and CLUB

  5. Solving the Problems • Consistent on Decisions • No Favouritism Shown • Communication • Trust • Respect

  6. Can they Work Together? YES!!

  7. Consensus or Conflict? • We were able to fulfil all fixtures • Success on the playing field • Management were still talking to each other at end of Year Consensus!!
