1. 2013 Get Up & Go! Employer Challenge • Are You Up For the Challenge? • Sign-up today for your chance to increase your physical activity level, earn some great prizes, and help your organization win the three month Employer Challenge and 365 days of bragging rights! • Program Dates: September 9, 2013 - November 22, 2013 • How does the challenge work? • Participants will complete and record their minutes of cardiovascular exercise, • resistance training and stretching during the three month program. This can be done online using the FABOH Exercise Tracker, or manually using the sheets provided. • Minutes logged are converted to points using the conversions below: • Cardiovascular Exercise - 30 minutes = 10 points • Resistance Training - 30 minutes= 8 points • Stretching - 30 minutes = 3 points • For their efforts employees will earn Insert company specific incentive information here • A combination of participation percentage and points per participant will be used to determine the winners in each size category • Employers with the largest totals in each size category will be awarded with a trophy, publically recognized, and most importantly hold the Employer Challenge Title until 2014!! • To sign up today or for more information, please contact: • INSERT Site Leader Contact Information Here • Insert Exercise Tracker sign-up link here
