Proposed CRA By-Law Changes for 2013 Annual Business Meeting • 2 proposed changes to existing by-laws. • A revision to the goals and mission section to purge outdated text. • Board terms changed to 3 years with five members being elected each year. Board members can serve only 2 consecutive elected terms. • Each change will be explained at Friday’s business meeting • Registration desk can print you a copy

Qualifications • By-laws require: Member in good standing. • In addition the candidate needs to be available to attend the Board Retreat June 9-11, 2013 and must be able to travel and attend Board Meetings which usually occur the third Thursday of each even month.
