  7. Data Submission • Data due March 16th, 2009 • Email Valenzuela_Cahsee@lacoe.edu • Hardcopy and CD-Rom with ETS and Student data

  8. 2009-10 Visits to Williams Deciles 1-3 Schools • If Intensive Instructional Services are being provided on-site (High School) during school day, review team will visit one classroom • If services are provided by LEA off-site or outside the school day, review team will conduct a visit to one location • If Intensive Instructional Services are being provided by an entity outside of the LEA no visit will be conducted

  9. 2009-10 Visits to Williams Deciles 1-3 Schools Looking for: • Notice of student eligibility for CAHSEE Intensive Instruction and Services • Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP) with Valenzuela provisions • Review of class attendance roster for eligible students • Review of types of services provided

  10. 2009-10 Visits to Williams Deciles 1-3 Schools Valenzuela Visitation checklist is due: July 6th,2009 (for districts providing services in the summer ) September 28th, 2009 (for districts offering services in the fall) Results of visits to Deciles 1-3 schools included in the quarterly and annual Williams reporting
