  2. Njurmottagningen Fortsatt samarbete avd 48, PD-utb, njurtimmen. Tagit fram målbeskrivning. Utformat handlingsplan, akut dålig pat. mott. Kontinuerlig utb. ( PD, njursvikt, TP) Njurskola Checklistor/PM Planeringsdag ssk Rutiner. Bokning av rum (fyra rum som nyttjas optimalt).

  3. Personal Kontinuitet (begränsat antal som arbetar natt) Sjukfrånvaro

  4. Organisation Driftansvarig ssk infört. Rondgrupp, rondstöd ”tavla” Akutvagn/HLR/MUSE Förbereder KUA Ombyggnation Arbetsgrupp, rutiner/checklistor

  5. Utbildning HLR-utb. Case-utb PD-utb Spec.utb usk Fallprevention Handledarutb ( usk och ssk) Projekt ”Hur patient upplever sjukhusmiljön” Njurskola ( 5st) Demensutb Studerande ( Usk, ssk och läkare)
