Video specification • Resolution : QCIF • Frame rate : 7 fps • Bit rate: • Video:Typically 75 kbps, peak at 130 kbps • Audio: AMR at 5.15Kbps AVS setting • IPPP frame structure (one I-frame every 100 frame) • Fast ME, • Quarter pixel ME • 2 reference frame • Fixed QP • Loop filter: on • Error concealment: off

  4. Demo • Start the AVS-M 3G Streaming Client

  5. Specify the streaming sever IP • Select the 3G service provider

  6. Wait for about 10 sec of buffering • Finally, see TV program with cell phone!
