Finding, identifying a profitable site, negotiating the planning and finance of the site. Setting out the CDM, prelims and completing ground works all the way to the finished article including the selling of. I carried a class 1 NHBC warranty for over 20 years with no structural failings throughout my entire career and now have progressed into the modern energy saving arena including wind, solar and ground source heating.

  5. Gray Court Large commercial steel frame and brick clad. Including traditional roof and glass frontage. This is around 15,000 sqft

  6. Chesterfield Office and unit This is a combination structure. Three storey office and dual use unit covering B1,B 2 and B8. This was custom built on a very prestigious estate with neighbours like Finning Caterpillar, Auto Windscreens and large local business. Brought in on budget.

  7. Palterton This site was purchased from the Chatsworth Estate and comprised of 5 Large barn conversions and 8 executive detached. All in a conservation area. These were completed in 18 months running at a profit of 38%

  8. Glebe Gardens A 22 home mid executive twin cul-de-sac. This was purchased off of the Church of England as the last part of a 7 tier purchase option deal spanning 11 years. It broke the mould for the area at the time and sold faster than any other site I have built.

  9. North Wingfield Site This site is where I cut my teeth as a foreman, site manager and later as construction Director. It took over a decade to built and consisted of over 300 houses.

  10. North Wingfield Site 2 Even though other sites were being built at the time ( 3 sites over two counties) This was the long standing site that had over 200 specialised foundations and was the corner stone of my construction education.

  11. North Wingfield Site 3 This site is within 3 miles of the Elite Technology Park and certainly prepares me for overall and local knowledge.

  12. North Wingfield Site 4 By this stage of the site build I was covering three sites. This one, Mickley (38) and Gray Mews(6). I also built 68 dwellings at Tupton, 6 at Dale view and 3 other sites

  13. Large Dwellings This Mansion house was built covering over 6500 sqft to a very high specification and still stands as one of the largest and most expensive new builds in the town.
