  2. The Olympics The Olympics was made by the Greeks in Olympus Zeus was a god they worshipped before every race In 1896 it was brought back by a French man called Pierre de Coubertin Pierre de Coubertin.
  3. Running Running has lots of races 100m 200m 400m and long distance too! It also has the 110m hurdles In 2012 the winner for the short distance was Usain Bolt and for the long distance it was Mo Farah !
  4. Swimming Same with the running , swimming has long and short distance and for short distance Michael Phelps from America won it
  5. Cycling TEAM G.B did very well in the cycling Victoria Pendleton got gold as well as Sir Chis Hoy! G.B won pretty much every race!
  6. Tennis In Tennis we have the brilliant Andy Murray Andy didn’t do to well in the first part but in the second part he was awesome and when he got to the final Britain were wild and he beat Roger Federer !
  7. Gymnastics In the Gymnastics G.B did excellent they may of got Bronze but we haven't got a medal in Gymnastics for 100 years!
  8. Sailing In sailing we had a lot of people they all did great but one person is Ben Ainslie who got gold!
  9. THE END There are lots of other sports in the Olympics and team G.B did very well in 3rd !
