  6. Accommodation, Flights & Shuttle Bus • As per previous years, we have organised a courtesy shuttle bus to and from the airport.  • The shuttle bus is available to both visitors and exhibitors. Details on how to book will be announced shortly. Conference National is the official travel partner for AUSPACK 2019. You can book your accommodation, flights and car hire online through the AUSPACK website.

  11. How can you promote your stand? • USE EMAIL MARKETING: Does your company have a database of clients? Send them an email promoting your stand. Use the data you collected the last time your company exhibited at AUSPACK and re-engage these contacts. • USE SOCIAL MEDIA: Use our Social Media Toolkit to promote your stand. Official Hashtag #AUSPACK • USE YOUR COMPANY WEBSITE: Feature the show logo and your stand number. • COMPLETE THE MARKETING FORMS IN THE ONLINE EXHIBITOR MANUAL: The information you provide in used in promotional emails, the official show guide and on the show website. • Forms Required (DEADLINE NOW PASSED): • Logo and Company Bio Form • Product and New Products Form • Show Guide Advertisement Submission Form • Documents Upload Form • Brand Index Form • Categories, Vertical Markets and Segments Form • SUPPLY US NEW PRODUCT INFO: Share new product info and images for us to feature in our promo emails. • USE FREE BANNERS AND LOGOS TO PROMOTE: Download banners in various sizes and logo from the ‘Promotional Materials’ Form in the online portal. • ORDER FREE FLYERS AND STICKERS: We can print flyers and stickers for you to send to your contacts and clients. • WE CAN DO THE WORK FOR YOU: Email us your client and database list and we are able to send and promote on your behalf.

VIP Buyer Program The VIP Buyer Program is a FREE exclusive feature of AUSPACK 2019. • The most relevant and influential buyers are carefully identified and encouraged to visit the show. • The program provides special benefits to decision makers involved in purchasing, who have been pre-qualified by exhibiting companies and the event organiser. • It is a great opportunity for exhibitors to connect with their existing clients and customers and reconnect with less active contacts.

Each VIP Buyer will receive: • Access to a dedicated VIP lounge with complimentary food & beverage for your self and one accompanying guest (This also includes access to the APPMA lounge) • Express entry to AUSPACK exhibition • Concierge service • Access to a complimentary shuttle bus Participating exhibitors will be able to: • Review which of their VIP guests have agreed to attend • Check if their VIP guests have arrived at the show

  16. How do you get involved? There are two different ways that exhibitors can get involved in the VIP program and invite their VIP clients to the show. • The method of sending this out to your clients (you send it out or we send it for you) Both options work equally well, depending on the client.   18. Show Days • 26 March – 29 March • Open to trade visitors from 0900 to 1700 and 0900 to 1500 on Friday • Exhibitors will have access from 0700 to 1730 daily • Exhibitor Networking Drinks will run Tuesday 26 March from 1710 to 1940

Move-in Schedule • Saturday 23 March (Space Only) Hall access from 1200 *this is for stands with large equipment and complicated stands. • Sunday 24 March (Space Only) All Space only from 0700 - 2000 (Shell Scheme stands with machinery may be available upon request) • Monday 25 March (All exhibitors)  All stand Space and Shell 0700 – 2000 (late working may be available upon request) Clear aisle must be 100% clear by 1700

  21. Move-out Schedule • Friday 29March All exhibitors move-out. (Estimated start of 1545. Will be very busy with limited dock access) • Saturday 30 March Bays 1 to 13 from 0700 – 1800 All exhibitor items must be removed. NO access on Sunday
