臺南市六甲國小 101 學年度. 週三進修 — 環保洗碗精製作. 日期： 102.05.29 時間： 13:00~16:00 地點：會議室 參加對象：本校教職員工. 1. 材 料 13 斤檸檬 4 瓶 95 度酒精 椰子油發泡劑 1 瓶 1 斤半鹽 蘆薈. 2. 作 法 檸檬削皮泡酒精一日夜把檸檬皮撈起，用二桶水（水桶塑膠或不銹鋼） 第一桶水洗一洗再撈到第二桶水洗，然後將二桶水均勻，一斤半的鹽加入二桶水攪拌均勻 蘆薈打汁注入二桶水攪拌 另外將酒精加入椰子油攪拌，再倒入二桶水。. 檸檬取其綠皮部分. 檸檬皮用 4 瓶 95 ％酒精浸泡 1 天. 清洗蘆薈外皮.

  2. 1.材料13斤檸檬 4瓶95度酒精椰子油發泡劑1瓶 1斤半鹽蘆薈

  3. 2.作法檸檬削皮泡酒精一日夜把檸檬皮撈起，用二桶水（水桶塑膠或不銹鋼）第一桶水洗一洗再撈到第二桶水洗，然後將二桶水均勻，一斤半的鹽加入二桶水攪拌均勻蘆薈打汁注入二桶水攪拌另外將酒精加入椰子油攪拌，再倒入二桶水。2.作法檸檬削皮泡酒精一日夜把檸檬皮撈起，用二桶水（水桶塑膠或不銹鋼）第一桶水洗一洗再撈到第二桶水洗，然後將二桶水均勻，一斤半的鹽加入二桶水攪拌均勻蘆薈打汁注入二桶水攪拌另外將酒精加入椰子油攪拌，再倒入二桶水。

  5. 檸檬皮用4瓶95％酒精浸泡1天

  6. 清洗蘆薈外皮

  7. 蘆薈去邊刺

  8. 去邊刺蘆薈剖半

  9. 取蘆薈果肉

  10. 浸泡1天的檸檬皮擰乾撈起

  11. 檸檬皮擰乾後放入2桶水中搓洗再撈起

  12. 用果汁機攪碎蘆薈果肉

  13. 泡檸檬皮酒精液加入1.5斤食鹽

  14. 再加入1瓶椰子油起泡劑

  15. 所有備妥材料混合均勻即成
