後期研修プログラムの認定. 平成 18 年 5 月 28 日. 方法 認定？仮認定（もう少し詳細に条件を） 書類？訪問？ 内容 施設 指導医 その他. 方　法 仮認定 間口は広く 形成的な評価が必要？ フォーマットの作成が必要 研修責任者に面接が必要 継続的に評価？→ プログラムを育てる。 期限を決めたほうがいいのでは（今年の 7 月？） 仮認定されなかった施設はどうするの？？？ 登録をして育てるが第一. 方　法 総括的に評価？ はじめからきつくしない？ アウトカム評価（いい家庭医が育成できているか？ポートフォリオ？認定試験合格率？？？）
