Assist in sequencing more intentional Career Pathways including Early College Credit opportunities at the high school level in collaboration with Illinois Central College and local school districts Increase the Career Readiness, high school completion, and college matriculation rates of local high school students. Increase local talent pool to meet regional workforce demands.
