2. History Eduardo Cabal founded Eduardo Cabal & Associates Inc to better serve the United States Government, the Armed Forces, and the private sector. Eduardo Cabal has received service medals, letter of appreciation and commendations from several United States Presidents, State Department, and Department of Defense. Eddie served in the United States Air Force for 10 years with an honorable discharge retired and moved to Bogotá, Colombia he was hired as the AMC Station Manager (1981-2005), today he offers specialized services to United States Government agencies and private sector.
