4. A/V Committee Mission Statement • The A/V Committee provides audio visual support to the Fellowship services and other programs. • Audio and Video support every Sunday service • MUF events • Rental Events

Services Provided - Audio • Microphone setup • Lectern - always • Wireless handmic • Wired mic on stand • Wirelesslavalier or headset mic • Audio level control • Setup before service • Monitor / adjust during service (avoid feedback screech!) • Sunday Service Associate puts stuff away after 2nd service • Hearing Assist is NOT an A/V function at this time

Services Provided - Video • Record at least one Sunday service • Usually 9:00AM but not necessarily • Service is copied to DVD for lending out (3-ring binders in the Library) • Record from platform at rear of room • TV monitor in library • Make sure it is working for 1st service • Leave camera on for 2nd service • Sunday Service Associate puts it away after • MUF events as needed – support the Fellowship • Rental events as needed – paying customers, requires commitment

Services Provided - Projection • High quality projector • Sometimes used during Sunday service • Often used for events (movies, weddings, memorials) • Program source • Laptop • DVD player • USB stick • Audio considerations • Projector has moderate quality speakers built-in • House sound requires use of “magic box”

10. Scheduling • Sunday services have “regulars” pre-scheduled • Reminder email from Gabor during the week • Confirmation email back from volunteer • Swap / call backup if needed • Acknowledgement in OOS

11. Scheduling • Two classes of volunteers • “Regulars” for monthly slot • “Backup” • Someone can’t make a scheduled slot • MUF events • Rental events • 5th Sundays (twice a year)

12. Training • No expertise required! We will train you (if at all possible!) • Audio – Joe Uhrhane • Video Recording – Gabor Kiss • Projector – Gabor Kiss • “Shadow” or “apprentice” until you are ready
