3. Payments & Deadlines in @/Arpro® With “Powerful Invoicing” & custom reminders, tracking and direct payments puts less time between you and your money! Keep Payments up-to-date & know what you owe! Designed to be extremely easy to use as well as adaptable. It manages all payments for/from customers & suppliers. Transactions are automatically generated in real-time from the documents: sales and purchase invoices, auto-generated documents in general. 4. Recording a Payment in Full From the “Documents” menu, select “Scheduled Payments” and “….. Sales” item By applying search filters, the payments that match the conditions will be immediately displayed in the “List” tab Press the “Run” button for the selected payment … “The way Intellectually FUN people like to learn!” Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

6. Recording a Partial Payment On the same payment confirmation form, insert the amount received in the “Advance” field then click “Ok”. Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

7. @/Arpro® processes the payment for the entered amount & auto-records it in accounting. The deadline or due date of the processed payment, now only reports the amount still due. Easy to do!
