  2. OBJECTIVES • Log in/out and navigating Galileo • Learn how to access reports • Review assessment results and assignment links

  3. Opening page - click on Galileo K-12 to go to log in page

  4. Log in Page - enter user name and password

  5. This page will appear after log in and the default tab is Setup

  6. Galileo Tabs and Sub-tabs

  7. When you click on drop menus and you will view the options you have to select from.

  8. Click on Assessment Tab - menu tabs below red tab change as you click on the red tabs

  9. Click on Test Results and select Benchmark Results from drop menu

  10. This page will appear

  11. Click on Class drop menu and select the teacher’s name you want

  12. Click on Library drop menu and select the library you want

  13. Click on the Subject drop menu and select the one you want

  14. This page will appear with the Benchmark test results - Class Development Profile Grid

  15. This page also has another Benchmark test result - Detailed Item Analysis

  16. This page also has another Benchmark test result - Risk Level

  17. If you scroll to the bottom of the page it looks like this

  18. If you hover over the test results you will get this bubble

  19. Scroll up and click on the blue Test 1 that is to the right of Class Development Profile Grid Benchmark

  20. Click on the firstTest 1(in blue) and a download window appears with a pdf file of the test results

  21. When you click on Test 1(in blue), this page pops up - click Okay to view it

  22. This is what the Class Development Profile Grid Test 1 looks like

  23. If you want to change the default report format, click on the Settings tab that is on the yellow tab, and this page pops up. Click the report format tab to select the format you want. 1 3 2

  24. Click on the back button to return to this page

  25. Click on Test 1 (in blue) that is to the right of the Detailed Item Analysis

  26. Clicking on Percents to look at which students got answer correctly

  27. You will see the names of students who miss or correctly answered the questions - depending on what percent you click

  28. Click on PO to view the test question

  29. You will be able to view the question

  30. Click back to Benchmark Results. You can click on the Risk Level to find the assignment and quiz builder (only the blue numbers

  31. Page opens to this page

  32. Click on the Assignment button to view a mini lesson that follows the SIOP model - for specific interventions

  33. After clicking on assignments, this page will appear. Click on blue like to see lesson

  34. This page will appear, which address the instructional need of the students who missed it.

  35. You can click on each number or click on the drop menu and select a specific slide.

  36. If you need additional resources you can click on any one of these links.

  37. Problems are AIMS look-alike

  41. When the lesson is done, you can view the results and rate the questions
