  2. What is Boardware? Nearly every NGO has this one problem : • Board members may not always be able to visit the NGO office because of long distances or their own busy-ness • This could cause a huge delayof the latest information • Boardware is designed to avoid this delay

  3. What is Boardware? • With the help of Boardware board members have – where ever they are – access to the latest information just by logging in to the site. • Eg. The manager at the airport can check the latest appeals, foundations, minutes, policies, program reports or strategies

  4. How to use Boardware Click on “Member Login” to get to the Members Area

How to use Boardware Just log in with your username and password • Now you are in the Members Area • by clicking on the Members button you get a list of all registered members of your organization • by clicking on All Documents you get a list of all uploaded documents • you can also go on Specific Documents, where you can choose out of several subfolders in this example we’ve chosen Policies

  6. How to use Boardware Now you are able to download the latest documents you need

  7. How to use BoardwareAdministrators only In each organization, only one person will be designated as Administrator. For example, it might be the Board Secretary. Only that person will be able to add or delete documents.

How to use BoardwareAdministrators only • you can choose the category of the document, the document date and the document name • you can also add a description what the document is about • to upload the file you just click on browse and choose the document you want to upload • if you are finished just click on save, and this is it
