The Midland Corporation 2018-2019 1st Quarter Financial Report _____________________________________________________ Midland Adult Services Financial Highlights – Profit & Loss • Residential – down $169,700 from Budget due to open placements, timing of “flip” into FFS, absenteeism, and how the budget revenue is spread (timing) • Employment Services revenue down from Budget as clients settle into their FFS budgets – expect variances to be up/down throughout the year as FFS rolls out. However, expenses also favorable so net effect is minimal. • Explores revenue up $35,300 from budget due to FFS rates/days/attendance variances – expect this to continue. Expenses were down due to turnover and other various lower expenses.
