Then, we ask them if they’d like to forward this on to colleagues When the seed list recipient clicks on an email link, we check the reference number and pull that persons details into the form. They then update their details and submit* This is the original email sent to suppliers. It has a link that sends them to an online form. The link that is used has a reference to that person e.g. Subscribe.aspx?id=XYZ001 In this case XYZ001 is a reference to a person in the data table. Friend’s name Friend’s email Friend’s name Friend’s email Update Send When the SEND button is clicked, we do two things: We thank user again and refresh the Friends fields (in case they want to add more friends) We auto-generate emails that get sent to the Friends they selected. Both emails are incentivised, so the seed list recipient, and the Friend stand equal chances of winning the Blackberry. Friend’s Email Friend receives an automated email generated from our application. In their email is a link e.g. Subscribe.aspx?id= You will notice in that one there is no reference. So when they get to the form, it’s blank. - Email - Online/Web - Supplier Flow * This form should also check that new registrations do not already exist in the datatable. So if we held this form we would check against an email address to see if the user already exists. - Friend Flow
