  3. Direct democratic elements at the federal level Def.: Direct democratic elements are actions, for example the referendum or the Bundestagsentscheid, which define the direct democraty.

  4. -Bundestagswahl: The Bundestagwahl is a vote which taking place every 4 years. The nation elect the delegates from the federal diet (Bundestag). The legislative period can be abbreviated by aborning annulment at the federal diet or elongated in a case of defense.

  5. -Bundesratsentscheid The Bundesratentscheid is the acceptance or denegation of laws, which apply the state level. The Bundesrat is assembled by ambassadors from the different federal lands.
