Lessons learnt • Clarify from the very beginning what type of company you are, • Include all internal stakeholders, • Link all CSR activities to value protection and creation, • If you want to protect the community you impact – do it with the community as the lead, and you as a partner, • Benchmark against internationally recognised standards, • Capacity build capacity build capacity build, • Resource SR as any other core business.
