First Day of Fieldwork –Submission to KPMG Campus Team • All PBC schedules – see A-133 PBC list in Chapter 9 (higher and limited scope campuses) • Completed and approved reporting package, which includes Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) • Risk assessment questionnaires – to be completed for all federal programs with total expenditures greater than $300,000 (refer to Chapter 9)

KPMG Information Risk Management (IRM) Audit Team – Scope of Work • Financial aid system controls at selected campuses (7 campuses – both higher and limited scope campuses) • Department of Education upload to campus Student Information System (PeopleSoft or Legacy) • Grade system – user access • Interface from grade system to financial aid system (if applicable)
