  2. This is a spreadsheet. What do you notice that is different about it than a document?

  3. A spreadsheet is used for counting MONEY.

  4. A spreadsheet is also used to make a LIST of any kind

  5. The boxes on a spreadsheet are called CELLS.

  6. A cell has a number and letter that show where it is on the sheet. This is called a CELL NAME This cell is called A5. This is because its where the column A and the row 5 meet, making only this cell A5. What's the name of this celll?

  7. Make A Graph Pg. 1 First select the NUMBERS and the cells that NAME the columns. (Like this!)

  8. Make A Graph Pg. 2 Second click on menu Insert > Chart. (Like this!)

  9. Make A Graph Pg. 3 Third, choose Column graph click finish (Like this!)
