Feedback Following the recent Procurement exercise to establish a new framework agreement from 2012 to 2014, Surrey County Council (SCC) have produced feedback which we hope all Providers will find of assistance when submitting bids for future tender opportunities with SCC or NHS Surrey. This feedback focuses on comments from the evaluation panel and gives both specific and generic advice for providers to follow when writing future bid submissions.
