What is it? • Evo-Trieve® bridge plug is a high-performance retrievable monobore plugging device that does not require a predetermined setting restriction for locating or sealing within the production completion • Evo-Trieve bridge plugs are V0-qualified per ISO 14310 to 7500 psi up to 325°F. Robust design includes large slip and element footprints providing improved pressure holding capability in unsupported tubing

How it will Benefit you • Retained element offers improved running speed and operational performance in deviated wells and easy access through tubing restrictions • Reduced operational costs as plug is pulled with industry-standard GS pulling tool • Simplified compact design requires no special assembly tools ideally suited to wellsite redress and remote location operations • Time savings delivered through single-trip wireline equalization and plug retrieval

Why it will Help • Deployed using conventional slickline with DPU® Downhole Power Unit • Retrieved using industry-standard GS pulling tools • Debris tolerance verification through series of comprehensive flow loop tests • In-house testing conducted over and above ISO 14310 requirements prior to field release • Anti-preset drop test • High pressure debris equalizing • Element drift through restriction • SIT program at Carrollton test well

Unique Features • Superior debris tolerance provided by element positioned above slips combined with large ID fluid equalizing feature to resist plugging • H2S packing element system as standard for critical well deployment and reduced inventory management • Body lock ring system retains element packoff force during pressure reversals • Robust slip system prevents over expansion in set condition while remaining locked in retracted position when plug is released

Where it Will Work • Applications requiring a qualified barrier-type plugging device located within the tubing string • New completion installation and multiple well servicing applications throughout complete well life cycle • In shallow-set well plugging applications prior to tree removal and repair to surface wellhead equipment • Temperature applications from 40° to 325°F • Gas lift valve change out operations • Provides zonal Isolation during treatments

  7. Challenges Addressed Evo-Trieve® bridge plug is the latest generation of ISO 14310 V0 qualified (i.e. bubble tight gas) intervention products to satisfy well barrier protocols. Operational equalization and retrieval concerns were addressed at design stage and verified by system testing.

  8. When it’s Helpful • Deep Water: Gas tight barriers required for low temperature shallow set plugging operations. Tractor or coiled tubing deployment in horizontal wellbore isolation or treatment operations • Mature Assets: Completion installations. Locating completion tubing leaks. Gas lift valve change out. P & A operations. Below deck well service in restricted rig up height applications. Subsea riserless LWI intervention applications • Large Bore : Suited to large monobore bore gas well projects
