Person is presumed not under the influence of alcohol. *BAC is 0.05% but less than 0.099%. Blood alcohol by volume will result in confiscation of their U.S. Forces in Italy operator’s license and they will not be allowed to drive for 12 months. No citation will be issued. To reacquire their operator’s license, an approved chit from their Commanding Officer must be produced. *BAC is 0.1% or higher will result in immediate loss of driving privileges and may result in disciplinary and/or administrative action.
