  3. For Optimum Results • Provide photos to document work completed • Provide action photos, where applicable • Upload all required photos within 36 hours • Files sent should be less than 7MB

  5. Review your work orders thoroughly as photo requirements may vary by client and job type. Follow the parameters here to ensure your are providing quality photos. Failure to provide proper photos may result in a reduction in commission and a return trip to the property at no charge.

  6. Photo Documentation Examples to Ensure Success

  7. Address Verification No matter the services you are providing, we need a clear photo of the property address to show you are at the correct place. Make sure the address verification photo matches your workorder.

  8. Before performing any services… ALWAYS take photos to document the condition when you arrived. Then, upon completing the work, take “after” photos to document work completed. Be sure to attempt to take your “after” photos from the SAME GENERAL AREA AND ANGLEas the “before” photos. Let’s take a look at a few examples to demonstrate this method

  14. Maid Service For some services, providing “action” photos is the best way to illustrate the work completed.

Keys to Remember • Your photos are the eyes for our client • Always provide an address verification photo each time you visit a property • Take “Before” and “After” photos to document your work • All photo resolution should be set to 640x480 for faster upload time • When sending pictures, the file should not be any bigger than 7MB or it will not go through the server. You may need to send the pictures in multiple emails and/or shrink the size of each photo.
