Her passion for a healthy and active lifestyle stems from her 16 years of sporting experience in Field Hockey. Rachael has represented Hong Kong at a number of tournaments some of which include Asia Cup 2009 and Asian Games Qualifiers 2010. A qualified CHEK Exercise Coach and believes in treating the etiology of a problem through a Holistic approach. She is a qualified Holistic Therapist providing remedial massage for her clients and has gained a BSc Sport & Exercise Science degree from Leeds Met Carnegie. Rachael utilizes tools such as the Power Plate, TRX, ViPR and Kettlebells amongst many others to make her sessions individualized and fun.
