History of Revenue Generation • Results from FDOT 2008 revenue generation research study: • No strong (negative) reaction to private companies sponsoring 511 • Future 511 improvements should be paid for by private companies • Taxpayers should not have to shoulder the whole cost for the 511 system • Would like enhancements to the 511 system
