  1. useit®-abrasives made by Eine Neuentwicklung der Firma sind auch die patentierten useit®-Schleifbänder Europäisches Patent EP 1 177 861 B1, US Patent US 6,575,821 B2, durch die es erstmals möglich ist, beim Schleifen auf Handband-, Langband- und Breitbandschleifmaschinen den Schleifstaub durch das Schleifband hindurch abzusaugen und dadurch die Schleifleistung erheblich zu steigern und die Staubbelastung am Arbeitsplatz und an den Maschinen zu reduzieren. Für die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen stehen useit®-Schleifbänder in verschiedenen Ausführungen und Schleifmitteln zur Verfügung. So können z.B. mit dem useit®-Finishing-Band SG Staubeinschlüsse oder sonstige Verunreinigungen im Trockenschliff beseitigt werden, ohne dass die bearbeiteten Lackflächen neu lackiert werden müssen. Es könnten damit aber auch gespachtelte Flächen geglättet und zu Glanz geschliffen oder aber auch NE-Metalle und Edelstahl in 2 max. 3 Stufen auf Hochglanz geschliffen bzw. ohne Paste poliert werden.  Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der useit®-Finishing-Bänder sind sehr vielseitig und setzen neue Maßstäbe in der Oberflächenbearbeitung mit Bandschleifmaschinen. useit®-Finishing-Bänder sind lieferbar in einer Breite von 6 mm bis max. 1500 mm und je nach Anwendung und Anforderung an das Band mit einem Papierträger oder mit einem Gewebeträger für den Nassschliff. A newdevelopmentofare also thepatenteduseit®-abrasivebelts,European Patent EP 1 177 861 B1, US Patent US 6,575,821 B2, which, forthefirst time ever, makeitpossibletosuck off thesandingdustthroughtheabrasivebeltwhensandingwith hand-belt, long-belt andwide-belt sandingmachines. Thus theabrasiveperformancecanbesignificantlyincreasedandtheamountofdustcanbereducedattheplaceofworkandatthemachines. The useit®-finishingbeltsareavailable in different typesandsandingmedia. Withtheuseit®-Finishing-belt SG e.g. dustinclusionsorotherdirtcanberemovedwhile dry-sanding, withouthavingtonewlyvarnishtheworkedsurfaces. Furthermore, levelled-out surfacescould also besmoothenedandgloss-polishedor non-ferrousmetalsandstainlesssteelcouldbepolishedto a high gloss finish respectivelypolishedwithoutpaste in 2, maximum 3 steps. The applicationpossibilitiesoftheuseit®-Finishing-beltsarevery versatile andsetnewstandards in thesurfacetreatmentwithbelt-sandingmachines. useit®-Finishing-beltsareavailable in a widthfrom 6 mm upto max. 1500 mm and, depending on theapplicationandthedemands on thebelt, with a paperorclothbaseforthewetsanding.
