7. Package cost is been Calculated on the basis of ROE 1 EUR = 80 INR. In case if increase in ROE, Package cost will be affected and difference need to be paid by Guest. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation penalty Applicable: Before 45 Days of Travel Date : 25% of total amount of tour package. If payment received less than 25% then full amount received will be forfeited. Before 30 Days of Travel Date : 50% of total amount of the tour package. If payment received less than 50% then full amount received will be forfeited. Before 15 Days of Travel Date : 75 % of total amount of tour package. If payment received less than 75% then full amount received will be forfeited. Within 15 Days of Travel Date : Booking is Non Refundable.
