  2. YOU WILL NEED: • STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS HANDOUT • CHEAT SHEET SUMMARY FOR GRADE VERIFICATION

  3. GRADE VERIFICATIONON THE AS/400 • Log onto the AS/400 as you normally would to enter attendance • When you reach the screen with your classes, press F2

  4. Press F2

  5. Press F1 to choose the first class (F2, the second, F3, the third, etc.)

  6. If students do not show up, press F13 (Shift F1) When you finish with a class, press Enter until you return to the class list page. Verify grades are correct. Tab to make changes

  7. Once your grades and comments are corrected, press Enter • Before going on to the next class, go back to the class and verify that the corrections have been made • To proceed to the next class, press F2. • Follow this procedure for each of your classes
