  3. RECORDING OVERVIEW SCREEN APPEARS. CLICK ON NEW RECORDING. • www.aspireit.net

  4. CREATE RECORDING DIALOG BOX APPEARS. GIVE RECORDING NAME AND TRANSACTION CODE OF RECORDING. CLICK ON START RECORDING. www.aspireit.net

  5. • It will go to create material screen. • Here we will enter mandatory fields only. www.aspireit.net

  6. ENTER INDUSTRY SECTOR AND MATERIAL TYPE IN FIRST SCREEN. www.aspireit.net

  7. PRESS ENTER. SELECT VIEWS SCREEN APPEARS. HERE SELECT BASIC DATA 1, BASIC DATA 2 AND PURCHASING. www.aspireit.net

  8. PRESS ENTER. ENTER PLANT NUMBER. www.aspireit.net

  9. PRESS ENTER. CREATE MATERIAL SCREEN OCCURS FOR VIEW BASIC DATA 1. HERE WE HAVE TO PROVIDE MATERIAL NAME, BASIC UNIT OF MEASURE AND MATERIAL GROUP. www.aspireit.net

  10. PRESS ENTER. CREATE MATERIAL SCREEN OCCURS FOR VIEW BASIC DATA 2. www.aspireit.net

  11. PRESS ENTER. CREATE MATERIAL SCREEN OCCURS FOR VIEW PURCHASING. HERE WE HAVE TO PROVIDE PURCHASING GROUP ONLY. www.aspireit.net

  12. PRESS ENTER. IT WILL ASK TO SAVE THE DATA FIRST. CLICK ON YES. www.aspireit.net

  13. TRANSACTION RECORDER SCREEN APPEARS. IT WILL SHOW COMPLETE RECORDING STATUS. www.aspireit.net
